Spent a long time in there after buying a house. Everyone was friendly and asked us if we needed any help.

I went to Lowe and got a quote on special order blinds.I then went to Depot in Biddeford me. There were three people looking for help in he blinds. Only person there doing training and could not help. So I had go to South Portland so I stop in Home Depot and could not get any help there. this morning figured that I get here when open some one should be there Wrong. I guess don't care about business and I can get rid of me credit card from them. I don't see them wanting any business
I highly recommend not using your credit card here as they will charge you extra money and claim they have no proof of the transaction- a extra $600 was charged and when I proved it by showing my bank statement they refused to fix the issue claiming it wasn't their fault. But yet they are the ones who never voided my order and then lied about it and a week later I'm still chasing to get my $600 back
Just want say what a wonderful guy that helped me at the check out. His name was Steve he was at the contractors counter Great guy. Thank you for all the time you spent with me , I really appreciated all your knowledge.
