Dropped off a Ryobi nail gun 6 weeks ago for a repair. The tool rental department has been telling me that the part is back ordered 3 weeks ago. Don’t bring a tool there for repair unless you don’t need it for 6 plus weeks.
Prior to going in the store, I looked for the item I wanted online to make sure it would be available in the store. I went to the store & could not locate it. I asked an employee in that area who couldn't help me. He referred me to the customer service desk. They could not locate the item or explain why they didn't have it when their website says they have 15 in stock. They asked an employee who worked in that department. Getting ready for Black Friday sales!!!
Why is it lately I find myself returning more items purchased then my items kept lately. I spend quite a bit of money at this place and 90% of the time it either doesn’t work or barely works at all. Today I bought a brand new grille from them. It was all set up For me.... I turn the gas on and the temp only gets to 150 degrees, on high... I’m tired of driving 40 minutes to this store just to turn around and return what I bought. Terrible customer service they are not very knowledgeable as to what sales are going on , young kids on their phones not knowing what to say or how to explain Things to customers
I work there. Have no phone time left to call out until Friday. Only FB messaging. Cannot message them to say not coming in. Money is very tight. I am working 2 jobs to get 25 hrs a week. My hours have been cut from part time 25 a week to 4-10-15-18. If this is how retired part time people get treated ? Its is not ok. We all know that older people like routine. So frustrated with them it stresses me .
I want to say this is the last time im dealing with your store, when a customer calls and the first thing he hears is im very busy and your going to be on hold for over 5 minutes and then when she finally answers is rude to the customer well we as customers dont need that. were all busy but when we pay alot of money for a product we expect to be treated like we matter. im done Ive spent alot of money at that store but not again.
