Sadly this is just going off of your delivery company. I order a fridge over a month ago to have it delivered when I was on vacation. The company Atlantic Transport did not call or deliver our fridge the day they said they would. We got a call the night before saying it would be here between 1-5 it's almost 6 and no word. The company closes at 4 so there is no one to give us any answers on where my fridge is. Home Depot you need a better delivery service.
An hour waiting on multiple people to find a product (which was in stock) was never found. The bad attitude of people was not appreciated!

You should be ashamed of yourself for selling a warranty that is worthless!!!!!!
