The service is poor I have been a good customer since you opened But today was the worst ,
Not much good to say about THD. They continue to get rid of awesome associates daily. Shop at Lowes!

Big thank you to the two guys that helped me out tonight in Windham location. My furnace had died and luckily I knew the part that we needed to fix it. Even though the part was not in stock, the guy helping us locate the part was extremely helpful in finding a near by store that did! They were closing in 10 minutes and he def showed excellent customer service! Wish I knew their names!
Really bad customer service.. treated me like a criminal for some reason and then when they got nothing and looked like idiots, they still give me attitude.. pathetic place to go. I would rather go online and screw the people there, they dont deserve jobs anyway, thats why there work at a place like this
