I just had my kitchen design done, with the help and guidance of Nancy their highly competent and immensely patient designer. The cabinets are ordered and I was forewarned that everything is running behind due to COVID. This is expected for the appliances also. We are using their contractor to install them, he did the measurements also. I will update once everything is installed. Crossing fingers🤞 everything gets here and is at least being installed by the first snowfall and all goes smoothly. 🙏🙏🙏
Better customer service. Wear masks during the entire procedure of purchasing items. Wear masks, period.
I wish I read the reviews before I bought appliances from Home Depot, I researched the brand. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes and were very pleased. We ordered a kitchen appliance suite from Home Depot and I won't order from the again. BEWARE! First Issue: We were over charged 350.00, there were no apologies or recognition, just excuses. I drove to the Windham store to purchase cedar mulch. Nowhere on your website does it say it's a 'blend.' I don't want a blend! I was so angry that you wasted my time, I have decided to not only trash you on every social media avenue I can think of, but I will NEVER do business with you lying jerks again.🤬
very poor customer service. offering delivery but blaming the customer that the system chose a box truck when flat need is needed. store representative doesn't even know HD system well enough to know the customer does not choose the kind of truck used for delivery. absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Very poor customer service 🥴 they love to ask for fees and sell things but when it comes time to return the extra things you bought look out 😳 had the same problem years ago, sorry I went back for more abuse.
