Most visits to the Hattiesburg store go smoothly. Oops! Not this time. I bought a new John Deere tractor riding mower and, guess what? No one could find keys to my mower or for that matter any of the other mowers. Mystery upon mystery. After a long wait, about an hour, one key was found.
They had what I needed and they helped me find it also. I was able to get in and out quickly like I needed to. Prices were OK also... ���������
I had a wonderful experience at the Hattiesburg Home Depot. Mr. Paul in the plumbing department was a real hero. I showed him a picture on my phone and he built it for me on the spot! He told me that his daughter was a teacher also. I'm sure he has made projects for her over the years too. Mr. Paul was very sweet and patient as we worked out details for the height of the table. If there was an award for a great employee, he should win. Hands down!! ��
This is probably the best Home Depot on the planet. I've never had anything but the best customer service at this place. From the moment you walk in the door with multiple "hellos" and "how can I help you's" to the management helping (and greeting). We will always shop here! Thank you, Home Depot!
Shout out to Mark and the fellas at Home Depot Hattiesburg! Had a weed eater issue, they helped us out tremendously. Super nice folks!
