Best store ever!!!!! The manager Larry Washington has got to be one of Santa’s elves for sure because he went above and beyond for me!!! I love this store!!
We drove an hour to purchase a table. According to the website, there were 5 in stock. When we arrived there was 1 and it was a return...missing parts!! Tasha, the store manager, made a call to a nearby store and had one sent the next day. Then she had an employee DELIVER it to us, FREE OF CHARGE. I cannot thank her enough!!! Talk about customer service!! Thank you!!!!
My kids had an excellent time at the workshop. They really enjoyed themselves. The staff was great & friendly.
In and out reasonably fast went to purchase two appliances and watched a young female employee glide all over the Dept in a desk chair simply because she was to lazy to stand up and walk. I have an extremely bad back and finally my wife asked her if I could sit in the chair while they processed my order.
The last time I wouldn’t to the store, I wasn’t there for three minutes and three different people asked me if I needed help. That’s just unheard of these days. We got just what I needed and everyone is always very polite and helpful. The only way I will ever go to Lowe’s is if Home Depot doesn’t have it!
We found what we needed and the prices were good. No...customer....service! We loaded 28 retaining blocks onto the cart, no one asked if we needed help. Only checkout available was self checkout and had to get someone to put the blocks price in the register. She asked another assoc. to help us load them and he said he was going on break and walked off. Home Depot's slogan should be "Make yourself at home and help yourself.".
