After being treated at Lowe’s like I was at the McDonalds drive through wanting a McFlurry, the associates at Home Depot were more like those from Chic-fil-a. They treated me as if I came from Bethlehem to purchase materials to build a church for Jesus himself. Thank y’all so much for helping me choose the lumber for my project and cutting it for me.

Your employee, Felecia has the worse people skills I’ve encountered today! She was rude, with a bad attitude and personality when I enquired about supplies that I was about to purchase (via my contractor). Home Depot managers need to properly train their workers in proper people skills or do not hire them to work with the public. You should do what you are paid to do and not screw up custom orders that cost over $1000.
Walked in to find empty bay were the2x4s I needed should be. asked twice for assistance..stood waiting over 20 mins. no help. I spent ALOT OF MONEY there this month building my addition and will be spending ALOT more in coming weeks. We walked out. This review is being sent from LOWES while they load my lumber.
