Purchased appliances was told delivery time from 11am- 1pm Now they changed it to 1-5 what’s really sad you can’t even get the salesman to admit it he claims he never said the time and that a lie... and when the automotive recorder call me yesterday it said delivery time from 11-1:00 it’s ridiculous it’s the same shit I went through at JCPENNY. You send your entire Sat waiting on a delivery and then you are told u gotta wait even more when the time has been changed. I hate these lying folks who wanna make a sale and u stuck ... read more
I just tried to order over 80 ft. of reed fencing….. the app kept changing my store location and then emptying out my basket….. maybe we will return the fence we bought and just go to Lowe's instead….this is poor online service…… in this day and age, it should be possible to order 3 items online for pickup at the store….. :(

Ordered $1400 worth of material on 2/2 for a 2/10 delivery. Easy right? WRONG! Order got split up between 2 other stores. The store on 6800 W. Sam Houston Pkwy doesn't load 2 pallets of concrete on their truck. Deal with Rosenberg store & get worked out that the store that messed up going deliver the 2 pallets next day first stop. WRONG AGAIN! Gets shoved back until noon. I had paid guys $150 for 2 hours to help me get concrete mixed & poured so don't do it by myself. So now waiting on concrete & out that $150 & going end up... read more
