This has nothing to do with this particular store. Our card was stolen and the fraud department at Home Depot has treated us like thieves and liars. I have been a cardholder for over 20 years, we’ve closed our accounts and I have spent my last dollar at this shithole store.
My husband went to get Sheetrock. He had to wait 20-25 minutes before someone finally came to help him load it on the cart. When he got outside with it at the loading area, there was no one to help him once again. Luckily a nice customer helped him load. We always have trouble getting help in this store.

everybody was so polite today and doing their work and I noticed all the Halloween decorations and the place was actually clean
Waited 20 minutes for help and nobody showed up had to load up the mower myself and a total stranger was the one that gave me advice on which one to buy!!!
I want to take the time and say Thank You.. for a job well done.. How it was organized and line moved quickly.. I feel Walmart needs to take some steps from y'all. Keep up the good work..
Their customer service and follow-up needs needs to be improved. Buyer be ware!!!
