Paint satisfaction guarantee is a joke. Multiple attempts to color match a home builder provided quart failed. After the second trip to HD and because of the difficulty in matching, I contacted the home builder and found out the details of the paint. On my third visit, I am told by the folks in The Home Depot paint department that they will be unable to match the specific paint because there system does not have the proper pigment codes for the PPG paint. Well, your delivery driver threw out his beer into my storm drain.
Worst service period. We were told our order was ready last night and got here at 7am and it's now past 8am and still waiting ! Come on store manager! When will people learn that service is EVERYTHING. Thanks for wasting our Saturday morning.
I went there to buy a Christmas tree. The young kid was very helpful and courteous. He looks like he was there for Christmas help. I sure hope he gets a full time there. Thank you..
I went to a particular location because it said on line that they had the item in stock. LoL. Wrong. So I left headed home and swung by the Rosenberg store. Not in stock. But Ashley located one and ordered it from another store. Plus I even got a credit card too
I purchased an LG washing machine in store on April 21st. It was delivered on April 25th and on that same day I attempted to wash a load of clothes. An error message kept appearing so I called The Home Depot in Rosenberg. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said that there was nothing they could do about it and that when it was delivered my husband signed for it stating it was in working order. I would give a lower rating if available. I went into the store to get a price match. The manager refused to follow company policy and do the price match. So I call corporate and they do it no problem. The lady on the phone is more empowered than the store manger. The the next day that same refrigator goes on sale at Home Depot for $100 less than the price match and the store refused to honor the 30 day price protection policy on appliances.
