The worse place for customer service. Hope you never need anything that they say is in stock , they won't b able to find it. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Ryan in appliances and Chris in kitchen went over and above to help me get my washer installed thank you great customer service.
Lack of customer service and management skills will stick with what works Lowes.
I work for the Home Depot in the lumber deptment and I love going to work everyday. I have read some negative comments on here and I am sorry they had such a poor experience. I take pride in helping people find the correct product they need for their projects and I hope I can continue to do so. If anyone has a bad experience please stop by customer service and ask for a manager. Trust me they do listen and try to correct the problem you are experiencing.
