The customer service is amazing and they are super supportive of kids and pups in the store. BEST Home Depot shopping experience, ever.
I found help!! The place was busy and they where nice and didn’t try to upsale me!! All went well!! I bought a drill and a paint brush! The Ryobi brand is nice!! Easy to use!
Home Depot carpet installers from this store stole a $400 Dyson heater from my basement. Store has done nothing and has not held installers accountable. BUYER BEWARE!
I just left your store. Waited ten minutes in lawn and garden area while employees talked and no one asking to help, went to the customer service and asked if someone could help me, they called someone up but after another ten minutes and no one came we left....it's crazy.....we are headed to the Lowes down the street, I'm sure we can be helped there.
I've used this Home Depot MANY times since moving into our Liberty Township retirement home in June 2014. So far, I've had consistently good, courteous and knowledgeable help. Help has been easily accessible, and genuinely helpful. I hope this experience continues.
I only go to this store when I can't find what I am looking for at Lowe's. No one will offer you help ever, every time I have been there I end up having to ask the customer service desk to get someone to help me. And still waited 30 minutes for the clerk at the flooring/carpet department to show up and even then he is extremely rude. Never will I shop there again too many bad experiences
