Horrible experience and racial profiled. But it all was reported
RecommendedI wish I knew the young guys name that helped me today at customer service with my online order. There were two older gentleman that weren’t very helpful, but this young guy went and got my big rug from the back and even offered to carry it to my car. I had just gotten off a 13 hour night shift and so appreciated the help. He helped me load it and was so nice. I hardly get good service here but I definitely did today!
The Young lady in paint and stains had the worse attitude( not friendly) ask me what do I want. I will never make the trip back to this Home Depot(West Chester). I will go to Fairfield or Lowe’s or Menards from now.
Never go to this location for ANY needs! I would say they don’t go the extra mile for their guests that drop hard earned money but... that’s insulting to lazy people! I had a grill assembled that was too big for my car, I wheeled it out by myself, and then asked the employee that followed me out not only insulted me, he was less than helpful I asked how much it would be to rent one of THOSE trucks (motioned to the fleet of Penske trucks in parking lot) over there... “We normally rent trucks but, I don’t see no trucks” is the... read more
Last week one morning at opening we went to this store, wearing our masks. We say a sign in the door st skating that all employees and customers are required to wear masks. GREAT! The guy that came to unlock the doors did NOT have a mask on. Out of the 10 customers in the store, 3 of us had masks. Not even the guy with his 9 year old who walks right behind us with no social distancing whatsoever. We quickly got what we needed so we could get the heck out of there. I would give negative stars if possible! !! Poor management, customer service and quality of products. I use to only shop home depot. Went to Lowe's today and had the best customer service and I'm happy with my purchase. Lowes is the future!
