They always have what I need at great prices. And customer service never makes me feel stupid for not being a contractor when I shop there. Unlike the pickle-head across the street at Lowe's � who likes to remind us gals that it isn't a craft store�. Keep up the great work Home Depot!�
I wish I could give a 0. 5 different workers gave me and my mom the run around and I came in with a picture of what I was looking for. Not one worker offered to take us to the item and we explained that we've been down the aisle twice and couldn't find it. This was actually my first time shopping here and it's unfortunate that it will be my last.
Never purchase a thing from these incompetent rip off artist.... They scammed me for $600 for a dish washer, it never got delivered and I have been fighting for a month to get refunded and still fighting for it.. All the while they have my $600 and making interest off of it. I have contacted the better business bureau....no wonder they are about to collapse, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I plan on warning as many people as possible about how I have been treated.

What a joke! My husband rented an auger today to find that the head was stripped. He could not switch out the head to use what he needed. He took it back to the store after only an hour of having it. The gentleman at the tools rental desk was going to give him his money back until another worker told him not to give him his money back since my husband could have stripped it. They took $20 off. I approached an Home Depot employee and asked .Do you know where the rakes are? He literally responded with. What's that The guy literally did not know what a rake was. Any 25 year old american whether homedepot employee or not should know what a rake is.
Seriously SO PISSED OFF right now. Ordered $4500 worth of flooring and carpet from this store and first.. they tell us we have it all. Then we figure out.. no were missing shit. So have to make ANOTHER TRIP back to get it.. and they promise we have it all this time.. but NOPE.. still fucking missing shit. This is the last time I'll be doing business with this store. $4500 isn't chump change. Feeling super annoyed that I am still even paying this much.
