Half the clerks were wearing masks over mouths only. Not going in there again. You do breath though your nose.

I want to give a shout out to Angelo who works at the Lewis and Alexias store. I am trying to put a shower rod in my basement and I found out the glue that came with the kit was not holding. I then realized I would have to drill holes in the rod mount and the basement walls. Angelo was able to show me the drill bits and screws needed for this process which I was unable to locate on my own. He even offered up a few tips on how to complete the process. Thanks for going beyond the call of duty Angelo!!!!!
I order on June 3rd... 120 Cinder blocks. According to the website, they had the amount in stock, upon ordering, the soonest I could get them delivered was June 15th. Alright, I guess I will have a bare lawn til then, and then I can start my landscaping. Today, June 13th, without a phone call, an email, an SMS message to reschedule, or inform me of anything, I get an email stating that the order is cancelled. Was super excited when I ordered a Dino night light for my son who loves dinosaurs. 8 days after ordering it I got it and when I opened it they sent me Wally the whale even though my receipt in the box it came in said Dino. Upset that I can’t order it now because it is sold out online and everywhere near me and I have make a trip to return this one. Inconvenient and unreliable online orders. Done ordering from Home Depot.
They promised delivery of our bathtub and shower walls two days ago and we need them now so we are canceling our order and buying it from Lowe's who has it in stock.
The customer service is terrible. They are not friendly, do not offer to help, do not smile.They act like they hate their jobs. There were 3 people behind the counter they seen me , but no one said anything. I am in the high risk group and was there to pick up a on line order so I called when I got there to use the curb side service it was not open. Had to stand in line then when I got in not one employee had a face mask on. When I asked I was told that there is not enough masks for all employees. Then had an issue with my o... read more
