Worst customer service here!! Middle of the day when it's not even busy and I can't even get anyone to show up after they paged for someone ONE time. I then asked for a manager who I thought might be able to help me or find someone to help me so they paged for them...no one showed up. Strike 2. Found everything I needed for a rewiring project. Suggestion, a few more people in orange to ask questions.
Good place to shop. Really bad place to work. Customer service is very hard. I got harrased by another customer yesterday. Then he told me to go get a manager. So i told him to go get one himself. Then i told shawn the asm I QUIT. thats ridiculous im not going to tolerate any grumpy customers. Think twice before you try home depot as a part time job. All they do is give you simple product knowledge. There is no way to answer the insane questions that customers demand answers for. �����
THERE WAS AN MAZING WORKER IN THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT WHO WENT AABOVEE AND BEYOND. I WENT INTO THE STORE AFTER MY PURCHASE TO FILL OUT A COMMENT CARD FOR HIM AND THERE WERE NON. I WISH I REMEBERED HIS NAME CUZ HE WAS AWESOME. ON THE OTHER HAND A JERK IN RENTALS WAS RUDE TO ME WHEN I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION AND HE SHOUD HAVE SUSPENSION!

Needed a window AC, asap !!! Called ahead and the lady at the customer service counter was Awesome !!! I live in San Diego and couldn't find the one I wanted anywhere, she had it ready, loaded it in my car, out back on the highway within 10 min, This was the best experience I have ever had with the Home Depot !!!
Normally this place is awesome... but tonight there was NO ONE on the floor helping people. I watched two customers help themselves when store employees should have been doing the work (cutting rope, climbing shelves to get items that were too high). When I finally found someone they were off the clock and sounded rather demoralized by the lack of help available. Since we managed to get most of what we wanted, we did go to checkout, there was only one open and 9 people twiddling their thumbs in line. The manager REALLY NEEDS... read more
