Each time I’ve been to this location in the last month I’ve seen people walk inside without masks & the employees don’t stop them.
Don’t expect help. Only one nice lady working right now. She is running everywhere trying to help everyone. Poor thing.

I purchased two fairly expensive items w/extended warranty. Lady dismissed us when we requested warranty booklet. Called and operator said she would transfer us to ‘that’ department. I’ve been on hold for 9 minutes. They have picked up and without a word placed me back on hold two times. Then I went to continuous ringing. Now they just hung up on me. No one ever said hello again.

I was lucky enough to run into some awesome and helpful employees at this store! After having a window/door problem since Monday they were able to help me with patience, understanding and even a nice place to sit and get my blood sugar back up! Made 5 trips to order windows, wrong windows arrived (at the store) and they refunded my money. I went to Lowes and made one trip, paid less, price included windows delivered to my home and received great customer service from Lowes. Over a month later the Home Depot manager called and asked if I wanted to reorder the windows from them.
I had a few things I had to get, one of those was some paint. When I got to the paint department I couldn't get anybody to assist me. One of the associates was busy chatting it up with the customer and the other one was busy.... well I guess chatting it up with another customer. I wanted to try to get what I needed without any assistance, after wondering about for five minutes i'm passing the associates by a few times I gave up and went on to the hardware department.
