you got to be kidding me!!! against everything telling me inside "NO DON'T" I did, I bought a Ryobi 4 cycle power head last late summer and now it don't start no matter what, I am retired military and keep everything in inspection order, (hell all my tools have shadow cut outs) they gave me the cold shoulder after waiting for more than 30 minutes to even talk to a manager. I have spent more than an hour tonight trying to reach a manager. I have never seen such poor customer service! I have been on hold three differant times. Disconnected two of those times. I have requested to be transfered to a manager and am being told on the third time, they are just so busy. The peopel one the phone is so very rude. Maybe it is time to hire a coupel more people.
