Return a phone call!!!!! Horrible customer service. Ordered appliances 6/28 won't be in until 9/4,they lie to you and are rude when you call. Or they simply do not call you back. Home Depot has lost my business permanently. We are a contractor that buys supplies. We will go else where.

Every time I call pickup to see if our order is in they hang up before your able to talk to someone!!! Got an email that that our order had arrived. We showed up and it wasn't there!!!

I bought 3 Sheets of 3/4 inch melamine that I didn't know how I was going to get into my car, they not only cut it so that it would fit, but they cut every piece I needed for my project to specification, stacked it all up on a cart nice and neat , ready to go. I only paid for the lumber. I'm not sure if this is how they normally do things but I sure appreciated it. Thank you Home Depot

Miss Becca with the kids program was amazing! My hubby and kiddo went to build the tow truck. she was patient and kind when 3 year old got over stimulated.
