Hello, I was just in the E. Hamilton, Oh store doing last minute Christmas shopping. I found a wonderful succulent garden and was helped by Miguel. He was so polite and cheerful :) It was very nice and refreshing! Thank you!
Ordered a Maytag dishwasher, it was delivered a week later on 9/16. Guys who installed it did a half-a$$ job which caused damage to the dishwasher and did not install the drain hose properly. Want to see about giving me damage "credit". Told them NO, now I can't even get a phone call back from management after I sent pictures of damage. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS NEXT TIME SO I WON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS RIDICULOUSNESS! MAKE IT RIGHT HOME DEPOT.....UNACCEPTABLE!
My husband and I went last night shopping for a fridge and stove .Well we stood in the department 15-20 minutes a young man walked past never asked if we needed assistance or anything. We continued to check out the items still no assistance. Only positive after about 30 mins a young man with his hands full greeted us but he continued with his work. So needless to say we never received assistance. ..will be taking our business elsewhere
Just visited the paint department at the bridge water falls location.....the man on the paint dept (not sure if his name) was super nice and helpful....I actually left the store in a better mood than when I went in......Thank You!!!!
