RecommendedThere's a lot of great people who work there. The stores usually have a good selection of merchandise, quick in and out.
Waited for assistance at the key machine for almost 10 min with no staff helping us before asking a male staff (no name tag) for help. The man walked to Melinda in the self checkout to get us help. Melinda was nice and explained she could not leave her area but quickly paged for assistance. 20 minutes later another male staff walked up and asked if we needed help. No wipes for the carts!!!
BEWARE home depot does not stand by their quotes. Instead of making good on their end they make you pay for employees mistakes. Got a quote for kitchen countertops. After they came out and measured we received a phone call from Home Depot that they quoted us an incorrect price for removal of our old countertop. They want an additional 400.00 for removal and hauling away. Ridiculous

After getting the run around and being promised phone calls numerous times that never happened, we finally got a text from a front door installer wanting to come measure. He is only 4 months too late.
My local HomeDepot was 2nd on my list of most visited stores behind Target. Third was IKEA (still suffering flashbacks from that) I’ve refurbished several homes (fixer-uppers)&have spent ridiculous amounts in HD. I regret it now. Lowe’s, here I come
BAD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION....Warning ⚠️Home Depot has one of the worst customer services I ever dealt with recently my mom purchased a LG Refrigerator the electronic when she received this item it was countertop depth which once placed did not work the door didn’t even open where it was placed and all they can say is sorry they can’t exchange it.
