This was an awful experience
I would like to give a shout out to Mel and Mallissa from the paint mixing station. I have been trying to find a paint store to sell me paint tint only, no base, to add to the 5 gallons of venetian plaster that I purchased from Vasari. I spoke with an online representative from Lowes who told me it would be no problem,except, when I got to Lowes, they said they couldn't and were a bit rude about it. Thank you very much Mel and Mallissa! You deserve a raise!
I went to buy moving boxes today and quite a few. I checked out just fine but when I went to my car it was raining. There were 4 employees standing outside under the roof keeping dry. I started to head to my car and drop some stuff, you would think that one would help but no! They all stood where there were and stayed dry!! A very nice gentleman (customer) saw me struggling and helped me load it all into my car! I could not believe they would not help, terrible customer service.
rude associate. blaming me for all issues and not acknowledging facts. stated I understood I had the rental for 24hrs but explained why I couldn't drag it back with a 20' ext on it.
Wouldn’t honor sticker price of 24.98, rang up as 39.98.
Need to train employees on common courtesy to customers! I will take my business elsewhere.
We went to look at kitchen cabinets. We were very fortunate to meet Donna in the department who was very infomational, and patient with us. She was great. She is in the process of drawing up our dream kitchen plans. I highly recommend Home Depot and her services if you're in the market for cabinets.
Great service....haven't had a bad experience at this store
Very poor customer service. They use a 3rd party delivery service (GE Delivery) just as poor. Purchased Kitchen appliances on Nov 8. They have canceled 3 times on me. So now 1 month later still no appliances. And this GE company does not care. Home Depot ni help either. Each company points the finger to the other.
