I had called before I arrived. I was given the run around on the phone. When someone did answer the gentleman said, " I don't know how you got me" anyway I asked specifically if they had a particular product. The gentleman told me they had it. ( pelletized lime ) Upon arriving I peruse the garden area which I am quite familia with. Finally when I realize that I was lied to I go to the customer service desk where a gentleman walks me again through the garden area to confirm what I already knew. I generally like Home Depot but there are often times you can't get any help. But I give credit where credit is due; tonight and last weekend I asked about three associates for help and received excellent service. Tonight, Sharif (and the woman working alongside him) at the service desk was very helpful and personable.
The crew at the tool rental center rocks! Bob, Jayne and Trevor took care of me fantastically. Have dealt with this location many times but this crew really went the extra mile and I am very appreciative. Highly recommend them!
I went to this store, asked 5 people where I could find dowel jigs and dowels "don't have them". Found them on my own. I asked them to price a lumber order. You are double what everyone else charges. Loss of over $1000.00 for you. Sincerely, one less customer.
I don't think very much of this Home depot! They just screwed my friend out of a Refrigerator! They sold her a defective one, which instead of replacing, sent someone to fix, which they did not do and when she tried to get it replaced, they told her it usually takes 3 tries before they replace it??? REALLY???? That's absurd! So... then they give her a replacement which the momo's who delivered it bumped and scratched on their way in to her home and when she went back to firm up the new replacement, they hiked the price up $5... read more
