RecommendedJust got a new fridge delivered and our old one taken away (HOORAY!!) have to give huge thanks and shout out to the gentleman named Tex who set it up and did ALL the heavy lifting on this job! (His partner was less than helpful). Our original fridge was absolutely monstrous and Tex handled getting it out like a champ! So frustrating... last month I bought two big Rubbermaid outside barrels for lawn trimmings and such... with lids... the lids have since disappeared perhaps in the wind or stolen. Here’s the thing I went to buy two replacement lids... at the register I was told I had to buy the barrel too...I explained I already bought the barrels at this very store and needed replacements. Third time ordering a vanity and it was damaged, just like the first two! Took over an hour for them to figure out how to reorder another vanity.
It's a great Home Depot, but for Christ sake, open the registers. Sunday at 11am, 1 register open and this guy is applying and opening a credit card at the register while everyone waits.
The paint department is the best around! They spent so long with me trying to fix a major mistake and they were so professional and worked so hard to get the color just right. It was perfect and my disaster was repaired barely noticeable.
I contacted them for a window installation project that was supposed to take 3-6 weeks. Here we are 7 weeks later and I can't get an answer as to when the window will even arrive and I've been told 4 times I'll get a call back and never do. Our installation manager is straight up ignoring my calls as well. I'm very disappointed in the service I've received. I will not be using them for installation services again.
Bought a $700 KitchenAid grill yesterday. Started to assembly this morning and 1st box didn't include the hardware package AND the black base was dented. Returned it and exchanged for another one. The new one has the hardware package but AGAIN the black base is dented up. RIDICULOUS! For such a "nice" grill, is it too much to ask that it isn't dented BEFORE you use it!
