Nearly 5 months ago, my brother and his wife placed an order for countertops through this location. Due to a trifecta of total incompetence (The Home Depot, HD's subcontractor The Counter Factory, and the countertop manufacturer Heirloom), they are still without kitchen countertops, which also means they are also without a sink or a dishwasher (which, as you can imagine, is not a whole lot of fun for a family of 4 to work around for nearly 5 months). They should care about their customers and make exceptions to policies in special situations that are of zero fault of the customer.
I love going to this store
We were looking for assistance in the flooring dept 2 weeks ago. I had to seek out assistance from several other depts. there were 4 other people looking for assistance in the flooring dept at the same time. Finally, after seeking assistance for the 3 time, we had someone answer a brief question, which resulted in “order it online”. When the order was placed, the email said, you will have your product within 5 business days... 7 days later we received an email that our product is sitting on the truck to be delivered this wee... read more
