I just want to commend the man in the lumber area for helping me. I wish I caught his name but I was so distracted with his kindness that I forgot to look. I went in with a long peice of wood to have cut for my portable air conditioning unit. I don't know anyone with power tools in the area so I was able to bring this in for no cost. He was quick and very professional.Thank you!!!
Home Depot could improve by having customer focus like Lowes. And Hey Home Depot: I don't think of you for soft goods. Stick to lumber - it's what you do and barely well at that.

Visited Warwick store several weeks ago looking for a particular cabinet latch. Mark in the hardware dept searched through many options and when he couldn't find the right one, he recommended another store (which did have it). Very helpful and personable. Want his boss to know there's a super guy in his crew.
All of the plants weren’t watered and looked malnourished.
