Really good service. Everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable.
Spent $321 there yesterday evening,could not get help to get items off top shelf,asked a worker he said go to the next aisle over he would help.Went to see there wasn't a guy in next aisle.Asked another guy but he was busy and said as soon as he helped his customer he would be there.Waited,waited went to look and found 2 workers said after their break they would help....wow will never go to the pueblo Home Depot again will make the extra trip to Colorado Springs.
You have too long of a wait, then when you finally get waited on the merchandise is out or on back order. I remodeled my bathrooms which took longer just waiting on the stuff we needed. You can bet next remodel Lowe's!
Does not stock anything but cheap crap. Anything decent is in colors your told to want and takes 2 weeks to order.
Do not try and use a temporary shopping pass at this store if you just got approved for a Home Depot credit card. They do not know what their doing and always say "I don't know" while customer service keeps saying all these things the store clerks are not doing properly.
I purchased a Maytag Washer and Dryer. It took 3 weeks to deliver, then they deliver the wrong set. Now they want me to pay the difference for the actual set I chose. I used the Whirlpool washer and it left soap smears, bubbles and a half wrung comforter. I'm holding out hope that someone will make this right. After waiting so long for our first new set, I'm so upset and disappointed! :-(
No more Home Depot in Pueblo. Lack luster, horrible customer service, they put unloading a truck over delivering customer service. Last nite when we ordered to pickup at willcall today, the husband waited 1.5 hours for the product that was suppose to be ready at 11. GRRRR between this and my hardwood floor incident, Home Depot down here sucks.
