They DON'T HONOR Price Match Guarantee so forget about even trying to get them to even if you show them on the website or in the sales ad! Lost all my business & my family's from here on out!
My wife and I went in looking for a fridge. We found one that was a open box return. It was $1399 reduced to $1049 because of being an open box. We looked it up on their website while we were there and it was on sale for $999 new. We showed the manager and they refused to honor the Home Depot website price and said they can't sell it for anything less that $1049 even though it was a returned fridge.
Took 45 minutes to get any help buying shingles... Took another 30 minutes to get checked out and yet another 40 minutes to get the fork lift to load 36 bundles of shingles... Employees were rude when I asked to speak with the manager... Home Depot just lost thousands of dollars a month. I ll be taking my business else where...
Poor poor service!! I will drive across to Ashley's on the south side from here on out!! Very very disappointed

Lots of women LOVE to shop and buy purses and shoes...not this one! I HATE to shop! I don't mind getting necessary items here! I'm usually buying tools and enjoy home improvement projects! Customer service is great and staff are always helpful!
Used the paint department and the two ladies in there were amazing!!!
