HOME DEPOT PUEBLO, COLORADO -please train your people !!!!!!! We spent 15 minutes on the checkout line with a cashier whose name is “Deb”. Finally moved to a cashier named Hana. Hana had no idea how to process a cash payment so she went to ask Deb. Oh yea!! Waiting again. My suggestion os that you go ANYWHERE other than The Home Depot in Pueblo - unless of course you enjoy wasting your time and love frustration.
Washer crapped out and needed a new one. Stopped at Home Depot on Woodman in Colorado Springs. There was a young man milling about doing everything he possibly could to avoid eye contact with me. I finally called out to him asking if he could sell me a machine. He said no but could get someone to help me. I literally waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help me. (I really need a new washing machine! No one came to help. I left and went to Lowe’s. I am now sitting at the counter, waiting to finish my purchase. Thank good... read more

Home Depot pueblo co. Could let customers know what is going on with an existing order. I waited over a week when I was told 48 hours nothing. I called someone else they were here and had job done in less time than it took me to get through the telephone crap to get back to customer service At Home Depot. Would not recommend you to anyone.
We waited an hour and half for them to get fence boards for us and no sorry or anything. I will not come back here again. It should of only taken them maybe half hour to get them. Was not busy loading other trucks. Very disappoint in the service to get these boards. I will stick to the Canon City one now 😡😡😡😡
