Today my husband and I went to the Home Depot in Pearland off of Broadway to purchase a sliding glass door for our patio. We waited over 45 minutes to receive assistance. Every employee who walked past us including one of the managers did not work in the department so said they could not help us. Finally after receiving assistance we had a question about one of the prices on the sticker not matching the price of the part emailed to us previously. My husband went to talk to the manager. Inventory is lacking or not available, store is old/dingy, customer service does not seem to be a high priority. Additionally, traffic around this particular store is very congested (Not necessarily HD's fault). While I do shop at HD, I will no longer shop at this store.
Veterans are no longer allowed the 10% discount throughout the year. It’s only on a couple of holidays now. I’ve always shopped there but that changed yesterday. My money will be better spent at local businesses like Oday’s.
Apparently they don't bother to change prices in their computers, make sure you check the price you are being charged, I was treated so badly by an EE, when I told him about the error, I am done with Home Depot., back to Lowes!!
The men in the tool rental side of the store have ZERO sense of urgency to their guests! Returning a tool and told I can’t use a gift card when you can. But he already ran the CC! � next time we will try Lowes!
