I live in Silverlake, right across 518 from Home Depot, and I spend a lot of money there. This evening, Friday 8/21 at 6:25pm, went in to pick up 3 separate Ryobi 18V tools I needed, and a new Husky air compressor. Found the $299 compressor I saw online, and asked an "associate" for help. He said he couldn't help and that they needed to close the aisle so they could put some stock up. Terrible, an employee had bad attitude when ask to help me operate key machine and after he gave me attitude I told him never mind I’ll take my money elsewhere. Previous week I needed some trimmings cut they were 14ft and was told I had to cut them myself. 😒 shortly after that the employee actually felt that didn’t make sense and brought another employee to help me cut the trimmings. That was bad and that’s why I decided to give them another chance today but nope not again after this last experience.
I recently placed an online curbside order at the Home Depot Silverlake location. The order had 33 items. I placed the order before 12 PM 6/27 and the order wasn't marked fulfilled until 6:00 PM on 6/28, after the curbside pick up option was closed. Knowing I would be off for a 3 day weekend, my husband went to pick up the order. After waiting over an hour for someone to bring out the order, he was notified that 12 items were missing an unable to be filled. Where is the rest of the furniture, we ordered, and has yet to be delivered? We have received half of it, with no information where and when we will receive the furniture, we've paid in full for! Currently, on hold, for 48 minutes...
wendy at the pro desk needs to do her job and stop walking men out to their cars. she has 0 customer service skills. laziest person employed by Home Depot.

All of the large size deer were sold out so we asked if we could have the display which was basically way up by the ceiling, these two employees were so helpful and nice about it...... They were so nice. Really made my holiday. Thank you!
