Assistant manager Brian Davis is a ROCK STAR! I am the director of a new non-profit early care and education program. We are building a habitat for our iguana, Orbie. Brian not only hooked us up with a discount on a giant piece of plexiglass, he also loaded my cart, took me through the check out line, helped me get everything in my car, and tied down the rear door since it wouldn't close all the way. I look forward to partnering with this Home Depot on all future projects--best experience ever!
Home Depot used to be very customer friendly. Okay, maybe most of them still are, but not so much this location. Help is hard to find and usually met with lackluster response. And I've had more attention from the self-checkout computerized voice than with actual human cashiers, at least the computer voice says hello and goodbye. This location gets 3 stars because its close and usually well stocked.
A single male employee decided to take a shower or something for ten minutes maybe more in the FAMILY rest room whole children were waiting. Why couldn't he use the men's restroom??/
We asked 3 times for someone to come help us with water heaters and no 1 ever came. Horrible. Oh and 5 employees were just standing around not doing anything..
