Great place! Pam works in customer service and I believe she is the manager. She is fun and has a great sense of humor. She even got our broken mop to work.... miracle worker. Lol. I bought a small cactus there also. Great selection for plants too. Love Home Depot!

Entered Home depot here in Lake Havasu City, AZ, We are installing new windows in our house, so I needed a estimate. "quote from home depot sales person" "step up to the counter, pay me $50.00, give me your name, address, phone number and we will begin, I asked what is the $50.00 for? That is for the estimate he said, What if I do not use you and take a lower bid?. Home depot salesman, "YOUR OUT OF LUCK ON THE $50.00" WOW, Just got screwed and with out K Y JELLY. Never again shopping at HOME DEPOT.

I walked into home depot going crazier than usual fearing that "the sky is falling" when Todd Rosenow approach me. With a very friendly demeanor he asked if I needed assistance finding anything. Prior to explaining the nature of my visit, I warned him about how crazy my fear will sound and apologized in advance. Not only did suggest products and services that would fit my home improvement needs but he made me feel not so bat s*** crazy.
