After finding out they fired a Veteran for trying to defend this store against shoplifters I will never shop at one again.
You should NOT have fired that man for what he did to try to stop those thieves. This story is making national news and you have a lot of people who are very upset about this. Reprimand him if he didn't follow protocol, but to take a job away from a 70 year old man who has served our nation just because he had a knee jerk reaction based on his military training is absolutely despicable. This is stores customer service is the worst. Memorial day weekend and ONLY SELF CHECKOUT at 10:50 on a Sunday. This always seems to happen at this location where customers aways seem to be a low priority.
I attended the "how to install a toilet" workshop and it was awesome!! Tony went through each step and answered all of my questions. He also reviewed the items needed and helped me pick out a new toilet. Customer service is always top notch at this store; I'm thankful for the friendly, helpful folks at Home Depot!
Worthless. Standing around not helping not doing anything. Video and photo evidence. No stars. Will not return to this location.
The business I work for had a fraudulent check written at this Home Depot to the tune of 3000.00. We believed a company like The Home Depot would at least try and help us. This has been a costly and devastating issue for our small business family. We were able to see the check from the bank and it looks like the check was written a few days before being cashed.
