Epic Failure. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I was very disappointed with the Pearland Home Depot (@Dixie Farm Road) tonight. I bought a high-ticket item and chose Home Depot because I could pick it up curbside to protect myself and my dad (who is immunocompromised). None of the curbside attendants had on masks and the one assisting us came directly up to our car window to talk to us without a mask. scenerio. Theif sealing. Employee tries to stop thief. Customers around and associates. Thief pulls gun too many lives in jeopardy let thief go no lives.
They don’t guarantee their work. Won’t be using them again.
Unfortunately for us, we are at Home Depot every weekend for more supplies to rebuild my Dad's house after Harvey, even a year later (like so many others). Home Depot is almost a 3rd home. We know what we need so we are usually in and out in no time but the staff are always friendly and helpful and always have what we are looking for. This location is great for us.
So l stopped by Home Depot today for a few things. I couldn’t find a cart & was informed that a new policy dictates that carts should remain in the parking lots. I went back outside to get one & noticed they are being stored in the striped loading zones for the handicapped vans! SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT! Besides being rude to the handicapped, l think this is illegal!
Multiple times i have had to wait over an hour to be helped
