The BEST customer service I have ever had at a hardware store... Or any store for that matter! Chad greeted me right as I walked into the door and asked if he could help me find something. He directed me to which aisle, and as I went down to look for what I needed, another associate- Vinny, helped me look for some little rubber grommets. Then he asked Tim, another very helpful associate, if he knew anywhere else this item would be found. We located the grommets and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.
