I ordered a $689 air conditioner online and had it shipped to the Clarksville store for In-Store Pickup to avoid the uncertainty of UPS delivering to our home at a time when we may not be there to accept it. Never use Home Depot carpet installers. They started the job - decided furniture was too heavy & left. They were late to the job - took furniture to the patio and left.

I’ve been fighting with Home Depot online department for ONE MONTH, over a $1035 refund that I’m owed for a refrigerator that was NEVER delivered to my home on the appt day! Coming from a repeat customer, that is refurnishing their home with new appliances- I will not spend another dime with this business! I should not, and will not beg for my money that is owed to me!
At 6pm the only lanes open are self checkout.. I pushed the assistant button and they couldn’t even assist while 2 were standing 10 feet away at the counter for self check out. Then they said you can walk over here. No I’m good I’ll go to Lowe’s for now on.
