We went yesterday to buy a Christmas tree on 12/1/2016 mid to late afternoon & the girl working by herself outside was outstanding! She was very helpful, cheerful & nice. If I were to describe her to a district manager I would say she is the well rounded employee you need in retail for customer service. Rating her from a 1 to a 100, she gets a 100 from us. I'm done with this store! I was in there today to get paint. There was 1 other person standing there waiting to be helped, the employee helped him ( he was there before me ), then another lady walked up and the employee went over to help her, totally ignoring me! While he was helping, another man walked up...mind you, I'm still standing there...and the employee helped him! My husband I were in the store this past weekend and I have to say it is the best Home Depot I have ever been in. I even worked at 3 different locations and we don't compare! In the garden section inside there were 3 associates and all of them either helped us or offered their help. From the time I was greeted at the door to the time I checked out it was an excellent experience.

I ordered blinds from this location. It began with the installer informing me that he was the only installer in this area so I will need to work around his schedule. The installer came out and measured. I then went in to the store and they lost my measurements . I sat there for almost 45 minutes. They called me back and told me they found them. It took them three weeks to get the blinds in. I then had them cone out to install the blinds and come to find out the ordered the wrong size blinds. I went back and sat for another 4... read more
