We sat down with Steven from flooring and he was wonderful. He knows his flooring and was ever so helpful in us choosing some wood flooring for our home. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such a man, and thank you Steven for being there when we needed someone who knows their flooring. Needless to say the beat Lowe's quote by a huge amount!
It has a lot of goodies and very helpful employees.
Pathetic place. We walked the whole back of the store and nobody around. This at 4:00pm and seems you guys cut employees that much. Also..... veteran discount for disabled only? What do you know about service connected? Lowe's always gives 10% to any Vet. Go to hell and never coming back.
I am at the home depot in Ocala. The lady working here called store #1854, the guy answered the phone said he will not look up the tile I needed,,, not good work ethics. Home Depot should send him to learn RESPECT.
Crowded aisles... rude people... unorganized products. I'll never go to this store again
Randomly, I needed a lint brush for my shirt that I was wearing to a work event. I remembered seeing them there. It took me less than 5 minutes to find it and pay using the auto teller.
This particular store needs to step up on its employee training and customer service.
They ran out of aprons so my grandchildren didn't get one
Never enough staff. When you track someone down for help they are often rude and bothered by your need for assistance. Also, prices on shelves versus registers are wrong way too often to be coincidence. THD has become the Kmart of the home improvement industry.
