customer service needs to be greatly improved, with employees who actually want to work and like their job!! went there this morning to pick up plywood to finish my floor and needed 4 sheets cut into 16 inch ...was told by the guy leon in that department that I would have to call that on if I wanted it cut because they wouldn't want him taking the time to do it all and be tied up. we hung around getting other materials while this guy talked to a young lady in the store for 1 hr and did nothing else, but he didn't have time t... read more

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who needs assistance. They have the worst customer service I've experienced since moving here. The males working there will see disabled women struggling to pick up a microwave to put in the scooter basket and they walk on by. The. cashier asks the customer to go take a picture of a price on an item because she doesn't want to leave her register. Horrible service!
Kid workshops are great! My grandchildren love to go there. I also love there
We were advised that the Gainesville store does not deliver to Old Town Fl. There is no option for paid delivery services nor is there an option for in store pick up. There is also no inventory kept at the store . So, due to this incomprehensible business practice, we are excluded from purchasing the washer/dryer combo unit we had decided upon today. This policy/practice excludes all people who live outside of approved delivery areas from purchasing anything not kept in stock-I am unsure how this works in Home Depot’s favor.... read more
Older gentleman in line ahead of me was denied his veteran’s discount even though it is on his driver’s license. Rethink and retrain Peggy. Further, give her some sensitivity training. She’s been there for years and is not the sunshine ☀️ I would enjoy seeing when gardening.
Helpful staff, lots of healthy looking plants for spring.
