The managers refuse to deal with problems. After 2 weeks of back and forth about a charge on our Home Depot credit card we ended up having to send a formal complaint to Home Depot corporate. Now I remember why we go to Lowe's.
My granddaughter posted here saying that Home Depot employee dropped her new washing machine on the ground. Did Home Depot take that post down? I wonder why...
We just had the worse service ever!! I remember now why I always go to Lowes!! The lady at "customer service" is as RUDE as they come !! You must need spend more than 600.00 to get helped!!
My past 2 months with Home depot has been a complete nightmare. I had ordered counter tops and back splash to be installed. It took them almost a month for me to get final measurement then another month for install which was poorly done by their sub contractor duricite. They did not reinforce my countertops I can lift them myself and I pad my hard earned money up front. I am trying to get a full refund but I keep getting redirected to different managers.
