purchased a refrigerator today , when It for to the house the inside was cracked, the top outer casing was dented and scratched from what looks like someone over tightening the band straps, the front bottom was also scratched. I called the Vallejo store , was transferred three times and hung up on twice. I still have not been able to get any resolution to this problem. the customer service has been absolutely non existent.
#1 store in Vallejo Management and Staff are professional and friendly. Our business is to take care of the customers.

Let me start by saying that what few people actually work there are genuinely nice and helpful. The problem is that, on most days, there are simply not enough employees to help customers. Most of the time, the Vallejo store is like a scene from "The Walking Dead"; the customers wander aimlessly up and down the aisles, muttering to themselves, because there are no employees to help them. This is ,long standing problem with all of the "big box" stores. In order to provide low cost pricing, customer service has been sacrificed.... read more
Pros: free parking, public restrooms, variety of home improvement products. Con: sometimes aisles really noisy w/people throwing/dropping heavy lumber & other equipment on floor.
