It okay Not a big fan of Home Depot, I only go there if I have too. My husband and I recently received a gift card and we used it to purchase an outdoor grill. We stood and waited at Home Depot for over half an hour for them to find the grill we wanted. They offered free set up, but because they ran out of grills already put together, we would have to come back in 2 days if we wanted it put together by them. No thanks!
You can do it The employees at this location always seem ready to help. If they do not know the answer they find the right person to help you. An employee in the plumbing department even referred me to another store that had the "part" that I needed instead of buying all new, saving me >$100. PROS: supplies, cost, and customer service CONS:

Home Depot sold me a defective refrigerator, when I try to contact them (took two days of calling to get through to anyone) they say that it was a special order (it wasnt, it was right from their floor stock) and that they cant help.I reach out to the manufacturer, and they say taht if I am returning it then Home Depot has to take it back.Im stuck with a defective refrigerator and nobody is willing to take the responsibility they OWE me (warranty, legal stuff). … See more
Will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. they failed to deliver my $600 dishwasher, and, now, they refuse to refund my money. The store manager doesn't return phone calls, and, the corporate stooges refuse to give out the district managers name or phone number. My next stop is thru small claims court.
I like the whole store, even with the quirks, if they sold food I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. I think more women shop there then men lol. Today's visit showed the honesty in a store employee to return my purse to customer service untouched that I left outside in a cart. still thanking the Lord & that person from home depot my store !!! <3
we have had nothing but trouble since July 8th with Home Depot's delivery service home appliances I would not recommend Home Depot at all!
I went to Home Depot for carpet installation out of local companies , Lowe’s ect.... I chose Home Depot. I paid almost $2800 for carpet in 5 bedrooms a landing and stairs. My appt was set for today July 17. They called me at 830 am stating they were on the way. They arrived. I validated the carpet was correct proceeded to show the installers what rooms were to be done. I went to this Home Depot on Saturday, June 13th, 2020. About 40% of the employees were not wearing a mask. One employee who was "selling" kitchen remodels, walked right up to us not wearing a mask, and started talking to us less than a foot away. Needless to say we immediately walked away. Why aren't the employees in this store required to wear masks???!
