***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER*** Purchased Hot Water Heater Sunday September 21st 2014. Monday the 22nd I called at 6:00, 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. to request installation as our current heater was leaking profusely. 3 times I was told someone would call to schedule installation for the 22nd as they advertise same day installation if you schedule before noon.
