I went to Home Depot this morning, about 8 am, to buy supplies for masks. One of the workers in front was coughing -- not just once, but intermittently while I was there. HD should send sick workers home on sick leave.
The Home Depot needs to cancel their contract with the appliance installation company they currently use. Bought my dishwasher 11/07/18. Called installation the first time: told it would be installed on 12/04/18!!! Well, I waited and when the fellow came he told me I needed to go buy a part he needed and he would come back. He never returned. Called again and was rescheduled for today, 12/15/18. Informed by a phone call on 12/14 that someone would be at my home sometime between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M. for the install. This store is HORRIBLE ! You can't find anyone that works there to assist you, they advertise " sales " every 10 minutes on the radio, but never have the items in stock, when I flagged down a female worker after wandering around for 15 minutes looking for someone to help me , I asked her for help, but she could hardly speak English and waved her arm around saying " you have to find someone that works in this area "..... I went to this store thinking I'd get better customer service than Lowes...nope. Waited 30+ minutes for assistance with a simple thing, had 3 people say "Not my department, but I'll send someone right down" and when I called the customer service desk, the person in the appropriate department hung up on me twice. Over an hour at HD, I left my cart in the aisle and walked out empty handed. Spent 35 minutes from parking lot to checkout at Lowe's with excellent customer service. Go to Lowe's.
don't shop here.service terrible. not care about customers or defective product they sell.
A lot of good people who do care about you. I can usually find all I need, appreciate the military discount.
