I just wanted to give praise to the young lady who takes care of the plants in the garden center. I believe her name is Ivory ( blonde hair ). Never have I met a sweeter soul. She was so polite,knowledgeable and the most helpful associate I have ever encountered in ANY store. She is the example all of your employees should aspire to be!!!
Ridiculous that it is required for my drivers license to be scanned when renting a tool. I rented a tile saw and told “it is required since the terrorist attack”. What attack? Who the F terrorized anyone with a table tile saw?!
Beware of having appliances delivered. Their 3rd party delivery company is HORRIBLE. Sat around for my 4 hour window on two separate days and they were no shows, not even calling to let us know on one of the days. Appliances manager was zero help and wouldn’t even call us back. The only reason I give two stars is because of manager Dana, he gets it and treated us like people, it’s a shame that some more people that work there aren’t like him. I’m still waiting for the fridge I bought 4 weeks later, let’s hope it gets deliver... read more
Today 6/14/17 @ 8:30 AM. Very poor service in Garden center. Employee had no motivation to find Scott's lawn soil price or look up bar code. (I needed to have it loaded, as it's very heavy), and was told loader was not available. There were no customers at the time.
I love this store. Great people, great products.
The Home Depot I go to is a great store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they find you someone who does. The free kid's workshop the first Saturday of every month is by far the greatest thing for young children. They get to learn how to build something out of wood, paint it, and keep it. They get an orange Home Depot vest to wear and keep along with a collector pin to display on their vest. The kids love it!
Just went to pic up a few things and they had the kids event going on.. very nice that you guys do this...the staff was pleasant
Avoid this store at all costs ! Very rude help and no one knows what they are doing. Manager is useless!
