Ordered cabinets which came 8 plus weeks later and 5 were busted like someone kicked them. I’m in the middle of a reno and now had to send all my cabinets back leaving me without a kitchen for who knows how much longer. And the customer service was horrible they were no help at all... never shopping there again they just suck!!!!
Customer service is trash, especially the people at the customer service desk! When you go to the desk they all put their heads down like their busy ignore you then all walk away . Even though some people that work there are helpful 80% of the staff and supervisors are 👎🏽 I’m still waiting for my online order of (8)#10-32 machine screws from7/15 to be completed and this is not the 1st time
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. We spent thousands of dollars here the last few months as we are building a home. We purchased appliances 2 months back not knowing our new home address. We asked the employee if we should wait to buy appliances or if we could buy them now with the big sales and change our delivery address in a few weeks once we knew what our address was.
