I would like to thank . James . and the young lady at customer desk . Nicki . Nicki was awesome . To tell u what happened . I had a rider mower that had been built wrong . And when i went to the store to talk to them . Nicki . and other's went out of their way to get me taken care of . Customer service has not died every where . Nicki needs a raise . She was very helpful . And gave me her name every time i called . You dont get that much at home depot . But she stood tall for the company . Why to go . God Bless . My yard loo... read more

do not ever get any thing that you have to get deliverd that you pay delivery charges for thay will give you the runaround after sitting home all day waiting for them and still don't have it hear

I was trying to get a key made, had one of the cashier page someone, I wait awhile and no one came, so I finally left, luckily there was a Lowe's across the street they cut me two keys and gladly accepted my money

I have had both of my credit cards comprimised because of Home Depot, had to cancell and get new ones. I have spent over $1000 at the Elizabethtown Home depot for decking and tools. This is one business that will never receive my business again.

Home Depot no longer has respect for the associates, they used to be a great company to work for. They don't care about anything but money! They allow abusive behavior from management, and anything else that they think will give them a dime!
