Placed an order online for pickup, my husband went to pick up, was forced to stand in line. Called while he was in line.... took 15 minutes for someone to answer. Was told that they didn't have anyone to bring the order out to him. Yes, we had the confirmation text that it was ready for pickup.
Nobody to operate a cash register, although five employees were walking around doing nothing. No knowledge of how to apply a Veterans discount. Last but not least, they had lost the tool to take alarms off of Dewalt lawn equipment. We had to cut the alarms off when we got home. So glad I don’t go to Dixie on a regular basis.

Tried calling Home Depot concerning my washing machine. On the phone ten and half minutes the first time then hung up and called again. Over 11 minutes the second time before I hung up.
I came to Home Depot to purchase some more paint to do touch ups in my kitchen. The man assisting me was very helpful and accommodating to the supplies I needed. He also directed me to a package of supplies that were less expensive to purchase that was on sale rather than buying supplies individually. Thank you!!!
Overall good experience as normal, I did get carded for buying a can of spray paint . That was a different experience.
